Veronica M. Hannah, 71, of Coldwater passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 at Beacon Health in Kalamazoo.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
All arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Veronica was born October 11, 1953, to Lester and Marie (Hyska) Slagle, in Coldwater, MI. She later met and married Neil Hannah Sr., on December 18, 1986. Veronica spent many years working in HR many of these years included management positions.
Veronica was a member of Bethel Gilead Church. In her free time, she enjoyed playing Bingo, card games, and watching Outlander. Veronica would often knit and crochet when she was able too. She was known as an outstanding baker, her sugar cookies especially. Some of her other family favorites would include her mac n cheese, her hamburger gravy and her tomato sandwiches. Most of all she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Veronica is survived by her children Damien (Cherie) Adkins; Jayme (Stephen) Isham; Neil (Denise) Hannah Jr.; her siblings Steven (Susan) Slagle; Sherman (Diann) Slagle; Allen (Rosalie) Slagle; Diane Tagert; her grandchildren Courtney; Caitlin (Izac); Trey; Charles; Joseph; Abigail; E’laysia; Savannah; Neil III; Peter; Dennis; her 6 great grandchildren; and special friends Connie Rumsey and Ann-Marie Bentley.
Veronica is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Neil Hannah Sr.; her brother Roland Slagle; and brother-in-law Daniel Tagert.
