COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Old Man Winter has claimed another school day for area students.
All schools in Branch, Hillsdale, and St. Joseph counties, as well as many in Calhoun County are closed again Monday because of the 3-5 inches of snow that fell Sunday in Southern Michigan and northern Indiana.
That includes Coldwater, Quincy, Bronson, Union City, Tekonsha, Pansophia Academy, the Branch Intermediate School District, St. Charles Borromeo, and St. Mary’s Assumption School.
With most schools closed last Monday for a teacher in-service day, plus closed Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for snow and frigid temperatures, students were only in class last Wednesday.
