COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council has officially approved the return of The Corner Farmers Market to the northwest corner of 4 Corners Park for the 2026 summer season.
Entering its twelfth year, the market will operate every Saturday from June 27 through September 12, filling the gap between the annual Strawberry and Apple Fests.
Organizers highlighted the park’s accessibility, shade, and high visibility along US-12 as key factors for returning to the downtown location, which has hosted the event for ten of its previous eleven seasons.
Farmers Market Manager Kim Kohl says on average the market draws between 600 and 800 visitors weekly from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering local goods and live entertainment. She also says the location provides great access for vendor set up
Additionally, the council’s approval includes provisions for electrical access and a request for public Wi-Fi, ensuring the market remains a modern and vibrant hub for both residents and visitors from surrounding areas.
