COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Marble-Coldwater Clean Water Partnership is launching a fundraising campaign ahead of a September 30 deadline to secure vital watershed and water quality grants.
While these grants could bring significant funding to protect and improve the Marble-Coldwater Chain of Lakes, the initiative currently lacks the necessary local financial support. The partnership must raise a minimum of $18,000 by the end of September to provide the required cash match for its Watershed Management Plan Grant application.
Securing this initial grant is the first step, as it unlocks eligibility for future watershed restoration and implementation resources.
