COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater hosted golfers from ten schools Tuesday in a 9-hole Junior Varsity Jamboree at the Coldwater Golf Course. Plainwell won the event with a score of 203 closely followed by Battle Creek Lakeview in second with a 205 and Coldwater in third with a score of 207.
Coldwater was led by Julianna Cowles who shot a second-place round of 46, with Alana Houtz finishing just behind her with a 47. Kenna Niedzwiecki shot a 54, Molly Sabaitis carded a 60, and Saige Auble tied her teammate Chevelle Houvener with rounds of 67.
Coldwater next faces action at the Lady Cardinal Invitational this Friday.
