COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Rite Aid drive-through location at 450 East Chicago will be among the sites on Friday that will be opened by the company for COVID-19 testing.
It’s part of a company expansion of no charge testing in partnership with HHS.
The testing sites will utilize PCR which is a simple self-swab nasal test overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists.
It will operate through the chain’s drive-through windows to ensure the safety of customers inside of the store.
Patients are required to pre-register on the company’s website to reserve a time slot for testing.
Testing is available for all those over the age of four, regardless if they are exhibiting symptoms.
Rite Aid now operates more than 1,200 testing sites across 16 states.
