BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Jake Miller era of Bronson football opened Friday night with a 35-0 loss to cross-state rival Prairie Heights at Charles Hilton Field. It was the first meeting between the Vikings and Panthers in 40 years. Prairie Heights improves to 1-1, while Bronson starts its season at 0-1.
In a marquee matchup at Kalamazoo College, three-time Division 6 champion Lumen Christi held off a late charge from Kalamazoo United to win 14-12.
