COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – During Tuesday’s meeting of the Branch County Board of Commissioners, new Michigan State University Extension Swine Educator Dave Thompson introduced himself. Thompson grew up on a family farm newar Battle Creek and attended Michigan State University.
Thompson started his new position with MSU Extension in July.
The new Clemens Food Group facility which will open next month is one of the reasons a new swine educator has been brought in by MSU Extension.
