UNDATED (WTVB) – With temperatures at or just below freezing Friday morning, there were a number of accidents reported in the area that were caused by black ice.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department says there were at least a half dozen accidents reported between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.. Two of them involved minor injuries.
Several crashes were reported in Calhoun County but no accidents were reported by Branch County 911 dispatchers.
