COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Quincy man has been charged with pair of criminal sexual conduct counts following an investigation by the Branch County Sheriff’s Department into an alleged incident involving a relative last September.
48-year-old Jason Darrell McKenzie was arraigned on Friday in Branch County District Court after being booked on first and second degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
Bond has been set at $100,000.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for February 6th with a preliminary exam set for February 13th.
