Coldwater’s Myron Lafty earns cross country Academic All-State honors

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School senior and cross-country runner Myron Lafty has earned a coveted a post-season honor.

Thanks to his top-level finish at the M.H.S.A.A. Cross-Country Finals, and his lofty academic standing, Lafty is among 70 Division 2 runners to be named Academic All-State.

This distinction has been conferred on Lafty by the Michigan Interscholastic Track Coaches Association and was made public at the Association’s convention last Saturday in Mount Pleasant.
