9-year-old Curtis and and his 10-year-old brother Ashtin Lyon-Welch of Coldwater have joined the “50 Yard Challenge.”
It’s a non profit challenge where kids sign up to mow and rake 50 lawns or shovel driveways and sidewalks for free for veterans, single parents, disabled and senior citizens. Almost 5,000 kids are participating nationwide.
Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service is the union of an ordinary yard maintenance service and the commitment to establish an inspiring program to keep our youth (girls & boys) on a positive path while learning and understanding their value in society.
The boys plan to start mowing when the grass starts growing.
If you’re interested in having them come around, contact their mom Kristin at (269)209-0633. If you’re kids want to get involved in the “50 yard Challenge”, go to https://weareraisingmen.com/
