BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 46-year-old man from Branch County has been bound over for trial for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old and a 12-year-old girl and giving them meth.
It happened in 2019 and Anthony Cuyler was bound over to trial this week.
Attorney General Dana Nessel says he was arrested after fleeing to Mexico.
She gave thanks to local law enforcement, U.S. Marshals Service, and the Branch County prosecutor’s office.
