MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Shares in Mexican telecommunications giant America Movil jumped 2% in Wednesday morning trading after the company reported strong results in the third quarter.
America Movil said on Tuesday that it had more than tripled its quarterly net profit as a weaker peso boosted its earnings abroad and as the company lowered financing costs.
