BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinals girls volleyball team won all three of their matches on Saturday during a quad meet they hosted at the Coach Floyd Eby Gymnasium.
The Cardinals defeated Cassopolis (25-20, 25-19), Bangor (25-12, 25-19) and Vicksburg (25-20, 25-27, 25-23).
Coldwater’s Mya Porter had a personal milestone as she recorded her 500th career kill during the first set against Bangor.

The Cardinals will host Marshall on Senior Night this Wednesday as they we will be honoring Ellianna Foley, Ava Longstreet, and Ta’Vaiyah Hughes.
In other Branch County girls volleyball on Saturday, the Bronson Vikings went 1-3 at the Mattawan Invitational. The Vikings split with Lake Odessa Lakewood and lost to Grand Haven and Holland West Ottawa.
The Union City Chargers went 1-2 at the Jonesville “Think Pink” Invitational. The Chargers defeated Waldron 25-14, 25-20 but lost twice to Jonesville.
