Nicholas Edward “Nick” Miller, 33 of Bronson passed away Monday, July 14, 2025 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN.
A funeral service will be held Friday, July 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson with Pastor Terry Siler officiating. Interment will follow the service at Burr Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson. Please feel free to wear casual attire as Nick would’ve been all about that.
He was born January 21, 1992 to Edward J. Miller Jr. and Alison S. Deyo in Angola, IN. Nick graduated from Bronson High School and was a man that never missed an opportunity to share a laugh with those he loved.
He was devoted to his faith, his family, and to his hometown community of Bronson where he served as an assistant wrestling coach training and mentoring the youth in a passion he also enjoyed during his time at Bronson High School.
Nick made Bible study at Sturgis Missionary Church a crucial element in his life and enjoyed motocross along with shared memories at Butler Motor Speedway.
Music was another joy of Nick’s where he served as the singer in his band; but above all else, Nick cherished watching his children play sports and the love that he held for his family.
Nicholas leaves behind his children Deegan Miller of Bronson, Kaydin Miller of Bristol, IN, Xaven Miller of Pennfield, MI; his father Edward (Lisa Prior) Miller Jr., his mother Alison Harris both of Sturgis; his siblings April (Jason) Laughlin of Kendallville, IN, Chad (Dev) Barker of Lowell, MI, Jessica (Dave Appoloni) Elkins of Three Rivers, MI; his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ed (Rosa) Miller and Earl (Beverly) Deyo, his aunt Maureen Niece, and his favorite uncle James Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Nick’s family to assist with his funeral services. Checks may be made payable to his mother Alison Harris.
