DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons lost to the San Antonio Spurs 109-99 at Little Caesars Arena last night.
Jerami Grant left the game late in the third and did not return after falling hard while trying to score. There were 750 tickets available for the match up, marking the first home game with fans in the stands for Detroit since March 7, 2020.
The Pistons host the Toronto Raptors tomorrow night.
The Pistons are reportedly signing center Tyler Cook to a 10-day contract. He appeared in four games with the Brooklyn Nets this season and played with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Denver Nuggets last year.
Cook played three seasons at Iowa where he averaged 14.1 points per game.
