GILEAD TOWNSIP, MI (WTVB) – A pickup truck driver in Branch County was injured Sunday afternoon during a crash in Branch County’s Gilead Township. The accident happened on Southern Road east of Snow Prairie Road around 12:30 p.m. when the pickup struck a tree.
The driver was transported by ambulance to the Community Health Center of Branch County reportedly suffering from only minor injuries.
The Bronson Fire Department was dispatched to the crash by 911 and a Branch County deputy remained on scene for two hours. There was no news release on the accident issued by the Sheriff’s Department.
