COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce has officially launched its annual Scarecrow Contest, inviting local creators, businesses, organizations, families, and friends to fill the city with festive fall spirit.
The Chamber calling for a wide variety of fun, festive, silly, or spooky designs aimed at adding extra personality to the community during the autumn season.
Registration for the event opened on September 16 and will run through October 14, providing time for teams to gather their materials and showcase their collective creativity.
The friendly competition offers a chance for local groups to collaborate on unique designs, which have historically drawn strong community engagement and heated voting on the Chamber’s social media pages.
To ensure a lively and welcoming display, participants are encouraged to build eye-catching figures that represent their teams or simply celebrate the season.
