COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of the suspects arrested last March in California Township after alleged methamphetamine labs were found in a home on Delmar Road was told to serve one year in the Branch County Jail Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
Three other meth related offenses against 22-year-old Destinee Hull were dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for the guilty plea.
She was also given credit for 89 days already served.
Indiana court records indicate she was convicted in December 2015 for Aiding in the Manufacture of Meth. She had four years of a six year sentence suspended and was placed on probation for two years.
Hull has violated her probation twice according to Steuben County authorities.
Branch County Deputies found meth components and alleged meth labs in the home on Delmar Road after they were requested by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department to help them with a hit and run accident.
Hull had significant chemical burns on both of her arms and hands from the labs. She was taken to the Community Health Center of Branch County for treatment.
