QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – It was a tough night for the Quincy Orioles as they lost at home to Addison 44-0 in a non-conference game.
The Orioles picked up Addison on the schedule after Springport was forced to the sidelines due to reported cases of COVID-19.
Addison scored two touchdowns in the first quarter and two more in the second quarter to take a 30-0 halftime lead.
The Panthers had a 417-71 edge in total yards and forced three Quincy turnovers as the Orioles dropped to 1-2.
It was Addison’s second shutout of the season as they improved to 3-0.
Kyler Economou led Quincy with 12 tackles while Kyler Maurer had 11 tackles. Both of them recorded eight solo stops.
