HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – Hillsdale Hospital has announced a strategic restructuring of its executive team, appointing Randy Holland as the new Chief Nursing and Infection Control Officer and transitioning Meghan Campbell into the role of Chief Quality and Accreditation Officer.
Holland, who previously served as the director of ancillary services and has managed the hospital’s infection control for eight years, will now oversee cohesion across all nursing departments and clinical management. In his expanded capacity, he will also continue to administer the hospital’s behavioral health, pain management, and infusion care units.

Meghan Campbell moves into her new position after previously serving as the hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer, now focusing her leadership on quality assurance, facility accreditation, and employee health. According to President and CEO Jeremiah J. Hodshire, these appointments come as part of a leadership succession plan as several senior executives prepare for retirement.

Both Holland and Campbell will continue to lead various hospital committees and task forces aimed at expanding service lines and enhancing community engagement for the facility.
